MILLER’S REWARDS PROGRAM FAQ’S

Q. Is my credit card still linked for my rewards?

Credit cards are no longer linked to your purchases for earning rewards points.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes.

Q: Does Miller’s have an App?

Yes, we have a free mobile app for Android and iPhone that lets guests earn rewards (i.e. FREE FOOD), gain access to VIP offers and promotions, order ahead and Skip the Line! 

You can order ahead on the App for pickup, check your rewards balance & view promotions and incentives.

Q.  Do I need the App to participate in the rewards program and order? I don’t have a smartphone or I don’t like too many Apps!

No, you do not.  You can simply join the program by CLICKING HERE & signing up directly online.   Food orders can be placed directly online as well at: www.ordermillers.com 


Q.  What about my points from the old reward program?

All your points will transfer over once you download the App or register your account online.  If you experience any issues, please send an email to rewards@millersfamous.com 


Q: What if I had an older version of the App?

Remove the old App and download the new App! Super simple.  If you visit https://www.millersfamous.com/rewards you will find the direct links to the Apps for Apple & Android products.


Q. I forgot my password, how can I reset it?


Visit HERE.  Once on this page click “Login”, Then Click “Login” again and you will see a link for “Forgot Password”.  Enter the email used previously for your rewards account.  If you don’t remember, simple send an email to rewards@millersfamous.com and provide us with as much information as you can: emails you think you used in the past, phone numbers, first name & last name.  We will research this for you and find a solution!

Q.  How do I earn/use points?

Be sure to use the App or be logged in when ordering online.  Your points will automatically be applied to your account.  If you are in a store making a purchase directly at the counter, simply provide your information to the cashier and they will be sure to apply the purchase to your rewards account directly at the terminal.  Note, it takes 24 hours for points to be added to a rewards account.  It is not immediate.

  • Every $1 you spend = 1 Point.  When you reach 50 points, you will earn a $5 Rewards Bonus to spend on your next visit!

  • You may only spend 1 $5 reward per transaction.

  • You cannot combine your $5 rewards with any other offers, discounts & promotions on a check.

  • You can also earn bonus points at various times a year by making purchases during promotional times (For example, sometimes we may run a “Double Points On Sunday” promotion.


If you have available awards to use, they will show up when you checkout.  They will show up when ordering online, via the App or in store at the terminal (as long as you provide your information to the cashier)

Q.  I don’t see my points updated.  I don’t see my reward you promised.  I don’t see my FREE SANDWICH! 

Remember, it takes 24 hours for all accounts to update appropriately with the information from earning points or awards!


Q: What are the reward levels and how do I reach them? Are there any other benefits?

  • When you sign up for the rewards program and make your first purchase you will receive an award for a FREE TRADITIONAL ROAST BEEF SANDWICH on your next visit!  (remember it takes 24 hours to show up!)

  • 1 Point earned for every $1 spent.

  • Spend $50, Earn $5 Miller’s Money.

  • Use your points to purchase Miller’s Merch.

  • Exclusive access to VIP offers and promotions.

  • Order online and skip the line.

  • Repeat frequent orders, quickly with the press of a button.

Q: Which Miller’s accept the My Miller’s App?

The app is nationwide at participating locations. You can view the current list of shops that accept the app under “locations” in the app menu.


Q: How do I place an order?

  • Download and use the App to order

  • Call in a phone order so it can be ready for you when you arrive


Q.  Are 3rd party / delivery available for participation in rewards programs?


Unfortunately, no they are not at this time.

Q.  Do my points ever expire?

No, your points do not expire.  You may save them for as long as you want or use them any time.  Offers & promotions however DO expire.  Please be sure to view the details of any offers or promotions as they are released.
